Asparagus, Sundried Tomato & Olive Bread

Okay, is there anything better than freshly made bread? Maybe just the smell of the bread baking.

This bread is perfect fresh out of the oven, or over the next few days freshened up in the toaster with some melted vegan butter and some vegan cheddar cheese – it is like eating a pizza – so full of flavour and so delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 250g fresh asparagus – chopped
  • 50g sundried tomatoes – chopped
  • 50g calamata olives – pitted and chopped
  • 5 cups flour (you can add 1/2 cup more if needed)
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 1/4 cup plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Method:

This bread is SO easy to make! It is a baking powder bread. So mix. Bake. Enjoy. Three easy simple steps. One. Two. Three. Mix ingredients together. Add to a greased loaf tin. Bake at 180°C for 45mins – 1 hour. Yum!
