Is there anything better than a warm, wintery pudding? And I love anything with stewed fruit, warm spices like cinnamon and delish brown treacle sugar – and this was a winner!
So to make these beauties, take the core out of your apples to make room for all the goods. But don’t take out the bottom bit, make sure to leave a tiny bit there. Then layer some raisins, and cinnamon sugar mix in the core – and add a blob of vegan butter in top. This way it will melt down the sides and get all juicy. Bake in an oven (180°C) for around 20 minutes. Serve with vegan cream or vanilla ice-cream.
