Banana Biscoff Loaf

I LOVE banana bread – and I LOVE Biscoff. So a match made in heaven is this Banana Biscoff loaf. Creamy, sweet, and so delicious!
Ingredients:
- 3 overripe bananas
- 1/2 cup biscoff spread
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- Optional – extra biscoff for topping
Method:
Add the dry ingredients to a medium sized mixing bowl. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stir until a smooth batter is formed. Spoon the mixture into a greased loaf tin. Optional – top with biscoff spread. Bake in a preheated oven (180*C) for 55-60 minutes – until a knife comes out clean.
