- 1 tin canellini beans – mashed
- 1/2 cup walnuts – blitzed
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp vegan chicken stock powder
- 1/2 cup flour
Mix. Mash. Shape. Cook – you can shallow fry these in vegetable oil, you can grill these, bake them, or even airfry them! So easy! Serve on a fresh roll, with melted vegan cheese, hummus and coleslaw. With some sweet potato fries on the side. YUM! These sweet potato fries were cooked in some olive oil, aramat, paprika and garlic. Delish!
