Chocolate Chip Bagels

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup coconut yoghurt – plain (no flavoring)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 150g dark chocolate chips
  • plant-based milk to brush bagels before baking

Method:

Mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, sugar) together. Add the yoghurt and some chopped up baking buttons. Mix well to form a dough. Voila! Shape. Brush with plant-based milk. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for around half an hour until they turn a golden brown on top.
