Ingredients:
- 1 can (400ml) coconut cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp custard powder – Moirs custard powder is vegan
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate plant-based milk
Method:
Blend the above ingredients until smooth. Soak bread (the thicker the better!) of choice in this mixture for around 20-30 minutes, in the fridge, to ensure that the bread soaks up most of the liquid. Fry in some plant-based butter and you can finish off under the grill if you like yours nice and crispy! Yum!
