Chocolate Oreo Cookies

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup vegan butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- splash of oat milk
- 100g diced vegan chocolate of choice – I used a Cadbury Plant-Bar – BEST DECISION EVER!
- 100g crushed oreos
Method:
Cream together the butter, sugar & vanilla essence. Add in the dry ingredients. Mix well. Use oat milk to help dough come together. Chill for 1 hour before scooping out and baking in the oven for around 18 minutes at 180°C. Cool before serving. Biscuits harden and set as they cool.
