Chocolate Oreo Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vegan butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • splash of oat milk
  • 100g diced vegan chocolate of choice – I used a Cadbury Plant-Bar – BEST DECISION EVER!
  • 100g crushed oreos

Method:

Cream together the butter, sugar & vanilla essence. Add in the dry ingredients. Mix well. Use oat milk to help dough come together. Chill for 1 hour before scooping out and baking in the oven for around 18 minutes at 180°C. Cool before serving. Biscuits harden and set as they cool.
