Chocolate Rose Ice-cream
- 2 cups vegan cream (coconut cream works well)
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp rose essence
- 100g chocolate chips
Add ingredients to an ice-cream machine and let it churn until the ice-cream is soft, and creamy. Place this in the freezer to set overnight. Serve in a sugar cone with extra chocolate and rose petals.
If you do not have an ice-cream maker, mix all ingredients together making sure everything is well combined. Place in the freezer overnight to set.
