Christmas Tree Pastry

There is nothing better than flaky, buttery pastry ready to share and this pull apart tree is just perfect for this! And the Za’atar spice is a perfect addition – one of my favourites actually!

Ingredients:

• Vegan puff pastry
• Vegan butter
• Fresh garlic
• Za’atar spice

Cut the puff pastry into a tree shape – make sure you have two sides. Spread some vegan butter on one of the trees. Sprinkle on the seasoning. Cover with the other pastry tree. Decorate with any extra pastry cuttings.

Bake in a preheated oven (180*C) for around 30 minutes – or until puffed and golden brown.
