Double Chocolate, Pecan & Cherry Ice-cream

Okay now you all know how much I LOVE making ice-cream. Like if I recommend one kitchen utensil as a vegan… it would be an ice-cream maker for sure!!! I can make the creamiest, most delicious ice-cream for the fraction of the price of store bought vegan ice-cream. This festive flavour is no exception. So delish
Ingredients:
- 1 can coconut cream
- 1 shot chocolate flavoured espresso
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 tbsp cherry liqueur (optional)
Churn baby churn and then add in chopped pecan nuts, glace cherries and some chocolate chips before freezing. Yum!
