Mango Sorbet

When summer is in full force here in South Africa, and it is mango season, you need to make this refreshing sorbet! I also added in an extra kick – but that is optional.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 mangoes – peeled and diced
- Pinch of salt
- 1- 2 tbsp vodka (optional)
- Sneeze of lemon juice
Method:
Blend until smooth. Churn in an ice-cream maker until creamy. Otherwise freeze overnight for an icer sorbet.
