Mushroom Bruschetta

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp vegan butter
- 1 onion, diced finely
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 250g portobellini mushrooms, sliced
- salt & pepper to taste
- juice 1/4 lemon
Method:
Add the butter, onion, garlic & sage to a frying pan and cook until the onions are glossy. Add in the mushrooms and fry until cooked. Add in some salt & pepper and some lemon juice. Serve this mixture over bread/toast of choice. Add a balsamic glaze over.
