Let’s make dessert with Nova Chocolate

CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE
FEATURING NOVA BAKING CHOCOLATE BUTTONS
- 150g Nova dark chocolate baking buttons
- 100g vegan butter
- 50g plain flour
- 60g sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk
- 40g Nova roasted cacao chocolate
Grease 4-6 muffin cases. Dust with cocoa powder. Preheat the oven to 220*C. Place the butter into a medium heat-proof bowl, then add the baking buttons on top. Melt this over boiling water, stirring often until completely smooth. Set aside. whisk the flour, sugar, and salt together in a small bowl. Pour the flour mixture into the bowl of chocolate. Slowly stir everything together while adding in the milk. If there are any lumps, gently use your whisk to get rid of them. The batter will be slightly thick. Spoon the chocolate batter evenly into each prepared muffin cup. Bake for 14-16 minutes until the sides appear solid and firm– the tops will still look soft. If small muffin cups – this will only need to bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool for 1 minute, then cover each with an inverted plate and turn over. If you used a muffin pan, use a spoon to release the cakes from the pan and place each upside down on plates. Serve with coconut cream and fresh berries.
