Rosè Cupcakes

I have always loved Rosè wine and since learning that Warwick Wine Estate First Lady Rosè is in fact vegan… it has become a staple in my house! And slowly even become my mom’s favourite!
And I LOVE adding wine into my cooking and baking – it always adds such a rich flavour… and these Rosè cupcakes are no exception – they are sweet, fluffy and taste like Rosè and it’s PURE PERFECTION!
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups cake flour
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Warwick Rosè
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
Method:
Mix all ingredients together to form a smooth batter. Spoon into a greased muffin tray. Bake in a preheated (180*C) oven for around 20-30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. I added a cream cheese icing on top from Pillsbury and some pink sprinkles and edible glitter! Enjoy!
