Vegan Biscoff Brownies

Okay I am not going to lie. This recipe contains two of my favorite things – Biscoff and Chocolate – a match made in Vegan heaven! These brownies are a MUST TRY!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 cups cake flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 125g biscoff biscuits – crushed
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 2 cups chocolate milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup biscoff spread – crunchy!
Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into a greased baking tray. Add an extra biscoff swirl and some more crushed biscoff biscuits on top. Bake in a preheated oven (180*C) for around 30 minutes. Leave to cool slightly in the pan before taking out and slicing.
