Vegan Fudge

Okay guys – hold the phone! This is a recipe you NEEEEED to save! I love fudge and it used to be my favourite sweet treat before going vegan… and now I have finally veganised it! And its perfect – sweet, creamy, absolutely melt in the mouth!
Ingredients:
- 385g vegan condensed milk
- 100g vegan margarine
- 450g white sugar
- 100ml soya milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
Method:
Basically melt the margarine, sugar, milk and vanilla essence together. Then add in the condensed milk. And stir. Stir. Stir. Keep going. Vegan fudge takes a while! But it’s so worth it. Only pour it to set once it has reached soft ball stage – this will take roughly 40-50 minutes… and you will notice the difference in the mixture. Set for a few hours.
