Vegan Pigs in Blankets

Now these are a real treat – fun to make and so delicious! I have always loved snacky foods and pigs in blankets were always one of my favourites! And when I saw Fry’s came out with mini chipolatas I knew I had to give this a tryyyyy and it turned out yum!
Ingredients:
- 1 box Frys mini chipolatas
- Vegan bacon of your choice
- 1 tbsp vegan honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (garlic, ginger & sesame flavoured)
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- salt & pepper of choice
Defrost the sausages and bacon. Grill the sausages for a few minutes to warm up. Roll in the bacon. Mix the glaze ingredients. Spread all over. Grill until crispy & sticky and heated all through. Enjoy!
